After a beautiful August spent between the south of France and Paris, I’ve recently returned to London, ready to embrace the autumn season with renewed focus and energy.
The month was truly unforgettable. In the middle of August, I spent several days in Cannes on an FMTY appointment enjoying the sun, elegant outings, and the most delightful restaurants the French Riviera has to offer. Later in the month, I headed to Paris with my second client, where even a heavy rain couldn’t dampen the charm of the city. Once again, I indulged in wonderful dining experiences, strolled through the vibrant streets, and soaked up the timeless Parisian atmosphere while being a charming company & true high-end escort.
Both clients I had the pleasure of meeting during these travels are my regular clients, which made the trips even more enjoyable. For me, a truly successful work trip is one that results in being rebooked in the near future and I’m delighted that this has already happened.
Now, only a day back in London, I’m happily returning to my routine. November is approaching quickly, and with it, a fitness competition where I’ll be participating as a fit model. Preparing for this is both a challenge and a joy, as it allows me to align with something I truly believe: we are what we eat.
My training involves a strict schedule of healthy eating paired with disciplined workouts. Still, I know that balance is important. If a client books me for dinner, I’m more than happy to enjoy a little “cheat meal”and I always make up for it with extra effort at the gym. The dedication not only helps me succeed in competition but also leaves me feeling strong, confident, and healthy.
The results speak for themselves. In my early 30s, I’m often complimented on my youthful, graceful figure, something I take pride in, not just for how it looks, but for how it makes me feel.
As autumn unfolds in London, I look forward to combining elegance, discipline, and a touch of indulgence: whether in the gym, at the dinner table, or out enjoying all that this vibrant city has to offer.
